How long does it take for the requested documents to be ready?

The processing time varies based on the type of document, whether it requires certifications, and whether it will be delivered electronically or via courier. Please note that weekends and public holidays in the British Virgin Islands may affect the preparation timeframe.
What are the different options for certification types?

What if I request a Certificate of Good Standing, but the company is not in Good Standing?
We will request a special certification Certificate stating the status of the Company form the Registry.
What if I requested certificate or document for a company, but accidentally provided wrong company name?
We will contact you and confirm the details, in case we cannot find the requested company details in VIRRGIN system. If company is not BVI registered company, or requested document is not available we will confirm all details and refund payment
Can I obtain information about the company’s Shareholders?
Shareholder information for companies in the British Virgin Islands is not always publicly available. While shareholder lists are filed with the Registry of Corporate Affairs, they are not necessarily open for public inspection. The availability of this information can be determined by reviewing the list of documents included in the company’s search report.
