Refund Policy

Online Card Processing

All online card payments made to Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd (“Fidelity”) will be processed securely through Worldpay, a trusted global leader in online payment processing services. Worldpay provides secure and convenient payment solutions, handling transactions for millions of businesses and customers worldwide.


Payment Currency and Cards Accepted

All services provided by Fidelity are billed and processed in US Dollars (USD). For USD payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard (credit cards only) as a method of payment. Payments in Euros (EUR) or British Pounds Sterling (GBP) may be accepted as a matter of exception. If you wish to pay in EUR or GBP, please request a quote by sending an email to accounts@fidelitycorporate.com  with your Client ID and order details.


Card Payment Security
 

Online card transactions with Fidelity are highly secure, with all data encrypted using advanced algorithms and secure protocols like TLS or 128-bit SSL. WorldPay ensures the integrity of sensitive information through certified servers and robust anti-fraud measures. Card issuers further protect clients in “card-not-present” transactions, allowing disputes for unauthorized charges. 

Security Breach Handling: Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd is committed to the security of your information. Any reported unauthorized use of an account due to internal security issues will be investigated immediately, and refunds will be processed within 24 hours upon confirmation. Customers must provide accurate answers to security questions before refunds are made.


Data Transmission and Storage 

When you make an online payment through this online Client terminal, Fidelity can not and does not see, record or store your credit card details. Your card information and purchase details are provided directly to WorldPay, through their own encrypted and digitally-signed secure data transfer protocol. Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. WorldPay also ensure that they stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code they use, and continually review their own proprietary code.


Refund Policy for Certificate Orders

  1. Refund Eligibility

We will provide a refund under the following circumstances:

Non-Existence of Company or Certificate:

Refunds may be granted if the provided company is found to be non-existent or unregistered in the specified jurisdiction’s public registry, or if the requested certificates are unavailable due to not being filed with the registry for public inspection.


Processing Errors
:

In the event of an error on our part during the processing of your order, such as issuing an incorrect certificate or failing to fulfill the requested service, you are entitled to a full refund.


Change of Mind
: If you wish to cancel your order after payment, you may do so within 48 hours of the transaction, provided that we have not yet submitted your request to the respective registry.

Post-Submission Cancellations
: Once your order has been submitted to the registry, cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued.


Digital Product Nature
/(or : Successful Completion of Order) Given the digital nature of our products, once a certificate has been issued and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  1. Refund Request Procedure

Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@fidelitycorporate.com within the specified timeframe, providing your Client ID and order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.


Processing Timeframe
: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.


Important Notice

Refunds for payments made in currencies other than USD (e.g., EUR, GBP) are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and any fees applied by your card issuer or payment provider. Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd is not liable for discrepancies caused by such charges. 


Legal Compliance
:

This policy complies with Worldpay requirements and the applicable consumer protection laws of Gibraltar. It does not affect your statutory rights under Gibraltar law or any other relevant legislation.


Conflict Resolution
: In the event of any discrepancy between the terms of this Refund Policy and any other agreements with Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd concerning the issuance of certificates, the terms of this Refund Policy shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. This Refund Policy governs all refund matters related to certificate orders, including cancellations, processing errors, and exceptional circumstances.


Policy Modifications

Fidelity reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
